i was completely shocked by the lack of quality! the shower gel was not refilled, truly disappointing. also, i was expecting a complimentary upgrade after being inconvenienced, but alas, that woudl ve been too much to ask? ! quite the underwhelming experience to say the least, i was almost ready to write a good review but just couldn’t.
